Troy was suggested to us by our realtor, so we really didn’t know what to expect, but we were BLOWN AWAY by how phenomenal he was to work with. When reviewing the inspection, we had a group of 5 with lots of questions. He wasn’t annoyed by our questions and was very informative throughout the entire process. Troy was exceptional at being able to describe processes at your level (we are first time homebuyers) and was extremely thorough. I’d highly suggest having Troy as your inspector, he is now the go to recommendation for inspections by me, my parents, and my in-laws. 11/10
