Went in for a scratched eye, irritated, red and I couldnt really see. Dr Craven was understanding and thorough in her evaluation, I didn't have insurance and the pricing was reasonable. She helped me with a solution and I felt so much better when I walked out! 10/10 from service to pricing.
I have worn glasses since I was 4 and Invision is by far tbe best experience I have had my entire life. Booking my appointment was fast and painless, everyone in the office from the time you walk in until the time you pick your frames is amazing! The doctors/student doctors are fabulous. I will never go anywhere for my vision needs.
Today I received the most exceptional & professional work at Envision. I was so impressed 1st of all when I called to make my appt the gentlemen that helped me made it so easy for me & I think he might’ve been the same person who checked me in at my appt today. So very nice & professional manner he had. I didn’t even have to wait not even 2 min before I got called back & then the girl who took me back also was so great in everything she did. She was so thorough & did such a great job in getting me ready for the dr. When I met Dr Snow for the 1st time he also was really great. Listened to me. Spoke with me & explained every thing so well.
