Awesome job. Brandon and Drew did fantastic. 1940's house has issues but they took it on. Incredible job. The door guys just left. I love my new provia French door. They really pay attention to detail. Four other companies bid. I made the right choice. I'm changing from 5 to 2 stars. I.they had to come fix the door once. Wouldn't close. It's doing it again. They don't give up. The second fix is perfect. 3 months later. I will use them again.
Carson and Drew were amazing they went over and above to do window install. They were quick and efficient and very respectful. I appreciate Homestar Windows And doors. I love my new window.
I had a door installed - not just a door, an entire cut out. We found build issues (note: original builder), had a sizing issue, etc. While the whole thing took a bit longer than I had planned, the result is worth the rating. (It's also worth noting that I lost only time as a result of the installers' keen eye)
My installer was just a friendly person. He did a professional job with a great attitude at every step. Kept me in the loop and even with a bit of miscommunication, he was on time when scheduled (not within a window, on time)
Overall, I received what I paid for and at a very reasonable cost for the outcome. ... read full review
