I COULD NOT imagine going through this process with any other agency. They’ve been my absolute rock since the day I contacted them. We truly cannot recommend Heart to Heart enough! We adopted our son through their agency who was born at the end of February. Every step of the way Heart to Heart was professional and supportive.
Our case workers Haley and Erin answered every question and made us feel valued and seen. Most importantly, the birth parents shared with us numerous times how supported they felt by their case worker Stacy.
There was a hiccup trying to get the medical records for ICPC from the hospital, but several staff members jumped in and pulled strings to obtain it as quickly as possible.

We started out with a consultant and quickly realized that wasn’t the path for us, and thank goodness we made the move to Heart to Heart. We have been so blessed to have matched quickly and to be sitting here now with the most beautiful baby girl. We adore her first mom and it seems she was also treated very well by the agency. They always had her needs in mind, too. Both Haley and Sharyn are two of the sweetest people -we couldn’t have asked for a better group to help us through this journey. We will forever recommend H2H!
