I had a very positive experience working with Wendy at Heart to Heart Adoptions. Although I ultimately decided to move forward with a New York-based agency because having a more local process and the opportunity for in person meetings was important to me, Wendy was supportive of that decision every step of the way.
At no point did I feel pressured to continue with their agency. Instead, she encouraged me to explore the option that best aligned with my priorities and what I envisioned for my child and myself. I COULD NOT imagine going through this process with any other agency. They’ve been my absolute rock since the day I contacted them. I cannot say enough good things about this agency and the people who work here. They’ve opened up my eyes to my desire to be a case worker in the future. 1000000000 out of 5 stars.
We truly cannot recommend Heart to Heart enough! We adopted our son through their agency who was born at the end of February. Every step of the way Heart to Heart was professional and supportive.
Our case workers Haley and Erin answered every question and made us feel valued and seen. Most importantly, the birth parents shared with us numerous times how supported they felt by their case worker Stacy.
There was a hiccup trying to get the medical records for ICPC from the hospital, but several staff members jumped in and pulled strings to obtain it as quickly as possible.
