I've watched very closely how this agency works and it is amazing. They are dealing with difficult situations all the time and despite the frustration and exhaustion, they love their clients and will do all in their power to serve and strengthen them. It is unbelievable how many tough things happen each day and this group just moves from one to the next trying to help each person along the way. It's a blessing to be part of it.

My husband and I started the adoption journey in December 2021. However, Heart To Heart was not our first agency we signed up with. Had we known about this agency sooner, we would’ve signed up with them from the very beginning. Our start in the adoption journey was not very pleasurable!
