Connect Home Services have provided great service and repair to my furnace and AC. Most recently Joshua L. installed a new working outlet in my kitchen for a new oven and also a new breaker switch. He came out to look and gave a price quote before installing and there were no surprises. Very nice and easy to work with.
As a woman it was SO REFRESHING to work with a company and technician who were kind, knowledgeable and most importantly did not “mansplain” what needed to be done to fix my faucet. The communication from the minute I scheduled my appointment is hands down one of the best. Caesar came to repair my issues. I received a text with a picture and a bio about him. It made me feel comfortable having a person I don’t know in my house and he was one of the nicest repairmen I’ve ever met. He listened to me and fixed my issue for a very reasonable price. He presented me with 3 options (1 of which I hadn’t even heard of) with absolutely NO pressure and was very kind. ... read full review
