We need a storage pod for a bit, and Roy dropped it off seamlessly! He was kind, professional, and called giving us a heads up that he was on his way so we could be prepared for him. The price is higher than a storage unit, but it also saves truck rentals and all of the added stuff, so we are excited to use it.

I have had such a good experience with this company!! The drivers have all been so wonderful and helpful and I am so grateful I chose to use 1-800 Packrat. My move made my life feel crazy and it could have been so stressful because I had to change addresses to bring the container to last minute but Steve (the driver for the container) was so easy to work with and made that one less stress to worry about because he made sure I was taken care of and had the container where it needed to be. I highly recommend using them!!! Hopefully I won’t ever move again but if I ever need storage or something, I will be calling them again!!
