On Sunday, July 21,2024, we discovered a water leak in our basement. We called Whipple and almost had to wait until Monday for a technician, but somehow Sam was available to help us. He arrived, quickly assessed the situation and helped explain our need to shut off the water to the house to our water company. Once the water was shut off, he put in a new pressure regular and replaced the rusted galvanized steel with Pex (?). He also serviced our water heater and replaced the valves on two Moen showers that my husband had been meaning to do for some time. Sam was knowledgeable and had a very positive attitude and was a pleasure to have in our house. We appreciated his timely help and good nature very much.
