I had a broken automatic gate. I previously tried another gate company and their technician said I needed to replace the whole module which would be about $5k, so good thing I called Western Gate company for a second opinion. You can imagine my relief when they had it fixed in an hour and diagnosed that the wiring was wrong. Jason and Asael were my technicians. They demonstrated great expertise, professionalism, and were in and out with the problem fixed in less than 2 hrs. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any other gate issues.
