I’ve seen Nazo multiple times over the past year and each time has been incredible. This past week i was experiencing some facial numbness and was worried i was going to have a bell’s palsy flare up. Nazo got me in twice this week and took immaculate care of me. I’m already feeling so much better. The space these practitioners provide is so relaxing and safe, it is clear their number one priority is the wellbeing of their clients. Couldn’t recommend enough
I decided to give acupuncture and Chinese cupping a try to tackle my IT Band issues, a result of overtraining in running and exercise. Within just a few sessions, I could feel improvement. The team over there is not just knowledgeable but also incredibly caring. They made me feel like my health and happiness were their top priorities every time I walked in.
I have been going for acupuncture over the past year with Nazo. Although I have done many years of deep tissue massage, this has been my first and only experience with acupuncture, as a recovery treatment for my weight-lifting regimen. For me, I have found this to be quite helpful, in terms of deep muscle relaxation, particularly around the neck muscles, which has helped me more than deep tissue massage. She has also helped me with some electrical stimulation for an old injury involving a left gluteal muscle, and I feel that this has enhanced my mind-muscle connection.
