Lost my Key fob on a run. My only one…😬. After two locksmiths let me down, my only option was towing. But I had to leave to get to work and I couldn’t hang around. I made a quick google search and randomly chose Top Notch. Jeff answered quickly and said he could take it to the dealership without me present. He was there in less than 30 min and had it loaded and towed to the Dealer. He also spoke with the service guy since I wasn’t there. Paid over the phone for a reasonable price. Jeff was personable and caring. Would definitely use again!

Jeff was fantastic. Super helpful, professional, and communicative the entire time. He ran into traffic on the way but kept me updated and let me know he was still on his way, which I really appreciated. The tow itself was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Jeff if you need someone reliable and honest.

What a relief!
Being a 20+ hour drive away from SLC and having a family member break down on the way to Nevada is heart-wrenching...on a Sunday...before a holiday. I was too far away to help them. Anxiety crept in realizing the cost of an hour drive for the tow company to reach the car and then back to SLC on a weekend day. On top of that, we were unfamiliar with whom to trust. Reading some tow company reviews just add to your worries. How do you choose a tow company? Needless to say, we called a lot of companies.
