We had driven past The Dojo many times before finally deciding to stop in and observe a class to see if martial arts might be a good fit for our 6-year-old son. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Josh, the owner. He invited our son to join the class that very day, making him feel instantly included and easing his nerves.

Since then, our son has been attending for a few months and absolutely loves it. He’s staying active while gaining valuable lessons in respect, discipline, and understanding how to manage his strength and interactions with others. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend The Dojo!

This is my favorite OG place to train Mixed Movement, striking, and grappling. The welcoming and joyful environment enhances my ability to get a solid workout in while connecting with some really kind and strong individuals. This place will always my first recommendation to people when they are wanting to train in the martial arts. Five stars.
