I hired Chad to handle my tax filings for 2023, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. He mistakenly marked my federal tax return as final, which caused significant complications with the IRS.

I brought this issue to his attention three months ago before it became urgent in November of 2024, but he never followed up or looked into it at that time.

When I raised the issue again as deadlines approached, the communication turned dismissive and defensive. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and working proactively to resolve it, he took no accountability for his error and placed the blame elsewhere.

Holy mackerel! Chad is a wizard among wizards. I had never had someone do my taxes before, and my brain was on the verge of exploding with the complexity of my current employment situations. I Google searched someone to help me with my taxes and Tax Preparation Services was the first one to come up.Having never done this before, I was a little worried that maybe I was going to get scammed somehow, but Chad was able to patiently, quickly and adequately resolve all of my concerns over and over.It was 1000% problem and stress-free. Thank you so much to Chad for all your hard work! I despise thinking about taxes, filing taxes, calculating taxes--Chad took care of everything so all I had to do was review my returns and sign. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and adds a personal touch to his client interactions. Hire him!
