has been the worst tax preparation experience!! we have had nothing but problems with state and government since they prepared our taxes. I will admit we were a little different as retired from the military, worked in another state and then in Utah, my wife also worked in another state and then utah, so this is why they are getting 2 stars and not 1. We were told that we would receive a refund from the state of Utah, however small, it was still a refund. this turned out to be false and we had to pay. the other state payment was wrong and due to taxplus telling us not to pay installments to anyone, we received a penalty and had to pay more. the federal government...read full review
Unprofessional, poor communication and jacking up prices each year. Said will send me an email of the instructions yesterday and failed to do so. Quite frustrating. Keep on calling me by my old number… which I have updated them months ago. Getting you business but failed to do a good job.
