Every time I have remembers this place Joe has saved me time and money. Wasted hours running back and forth to big box “Home Improvement” stores trying to Jury--rig something together because the “experts” there tell me no-one make a fitting like that or other bs. Joe smiles, walks to an isle and says “here let’s look at this” BAM. There’s the thing no-one makes. He’s gently corrected me guiding me to the correct shower cartridge, numerous fittings, hose bibs etc. and generally makes sure I don’t have to make three trips in. Five Stars!

Yesterday I went to Standard to warranty my water heater. The water heater in question was manufactured in 2017 and installed (new) in 2020 by a local business.
About 6 weeks ago, it stopped working. After failing to get ahold of the business that installed it, I called a plumber friend of mine, and he replaced what we thought was the offending part.
Last week, the water heater failed again with the same code. My plumber friend told me I could probably get it warrantied and specifically told me to take it to Standard on Redwood...read full review
FIVE STARS. They not only care about your plumbing they also care about your animals. My crazy cat, Freedom, jumped into the back of one of their trucks and ended up at the store. They called me as soon as they found him. When I arrived at the store he was at the service desk getting lots of love. Thank you Standard Plumbing!
