We have used Speedy Plumbing for HVAC and plumbing repairs for many years. Fransisco is friendly and excellent to work with. They are committed to finishing the job, no matter what it takes. Super responsive and they always have been fair on the price. Get a few bids and see for yourself. Plumbing repairs is not a perfect business, they have always been willing to make sure the job turns out well, no matter what issues come up.

Speediness = 3.5 stars Quality work = 2 stars Customer Service = 2 stars Speediness - My hot water was out 6 days. Granted, I live in an apartment, and a number of those days I was dealing with my apartment's in-house maintenance team (before they called Speedy). When Speedy was finally called, they came within 8 hours. I was told by Speedy needed a new water heater. I asked when I would get it and got an extremely nebulous answer. I was delighted when I received a knock on my door an hour later with the water heater (extra stars for you, Speedy! Way to underpromise and overdeliver!). Speedy is the best! My hot water heater stopped working and Fransisco came out within a couple hours and spent a good amount of time cleaning it and getting it working. It took longer than expected, so he charged a bit more than he initially quoted, but it was fair. Even though it worked, he also recommended I get a new part while it was still under warranty (for only a few more months), which I appreciated. He gave me a very competitive quote to come back out and get it up to code. The set up I had was really sketchy (something the previous owner did himself), and with the recent earthquakes wasn't trustworthy. Rosenberg came out and didn't leave until the... read full review
