These guys are the BEST!! Easily the best dentists I've ever been to. They do a phenomenal job. I had to have two crowns done and not only did they take care of me, but they were able to get the crowns done that night! They are very caring and attentive to your needs. I had some billing issues and Dr. Allred personally reached out to me to discuss all of my bill in detail. Their office reached out the next morning after auditing my account and said that I would be getting a refund of what I had overpaid and issued me a check that day, even gave me the option to pick it up the same day if I didn't want to wait for it to be mailed to me. All good people at this office. The doctor and assistants were honest and helpful. All the employees were professional. They are efficient at what they do. I had an appointment and went in to get my teeth cleaned. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist at the front desk. She informed me that since I had already filled out the online new patient information that I would be seen shortly. About a minute later they called my name and I got to go back and get my teeth cleaned. The higentis cleaned up my teeth and then the Doctor came in and looked at them. I've had work done for several years including multiple crowns, filled cavities and cleanings. Their office staff is friendly and their dentistry staff are knowledgeable and professional. All my procedures have been quick and painless. They also use some of the latest tech in their processes which makes for a more thorough/ educational experience. I highly recommend!
