I haven’t personally worked out here but I know the owners very well. If the gym is ran up to the standards, values, and work ethic that the owners have then this is the place to be. Now if I wasn’t so lazy, I’d be there.
Salty Hive CrossFit is my third CF gym since 2011. This is the longest and most consistent I’ve ever been with anything outside of softball and work. This is all due to the amazing second-family vibe everyone gives. We all walk our own journeys through life and within those walls of the gym. SHCF is a safe space with no judgment for success or defeat and where both are celebrated. There are always so many willing to encourage you to be and do better. The coaches are all beautiful souls. The coaching team always pushes you just enough to be out of your comfort zone, helping you embrace discomfort for growth.

Super cool Box. I travel for a living and do a ton of drop ins across the the western US. This is probably one of my favorites so far. Justin and his team were really accommodating. The culture is everything you're looking for in a CrossFit gym. Programming was very well thought out with a good mixture of beginners and high level athletes. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to start CrossFit in the Murray area or a drop in. I'm definitely coming back.
