Art was very accommodating. He spent almost an hour ruliing out possible reasons for the stains in my new toilet. When he decided it had to be from our very old water softener, his manager called with an offer for a new water softener.
We will only go to Royal for all our needs. They always go above and beyond and EVERYONE is so nice. They’ve been to our house several times. Their prices are extremely competitive, by several thousand dollars. It’s a family owned business which is why they’re so great. Art, Taylor, and the manager, I feel so bad I can’t remember his name, all came out to help us today and they were nothing but helpful and kind. Also the girl I talk to on the phone and who sends me reminder messages is also super sweet and responsive
We had a great experience with our vinyl fence installation. Taylor and the crew was efficient, communicated well throughout the process, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They also installed two gates, and everything turned out exactly how we hoped. The fence looks great, the workmanship is solid, and the whole process was easy. We’re very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend them!
