We had Mathew show up to a backed up drain line. It was late and he let us know every step of the way what he was doing , all while working quickly to get us taken care of. Very impressed. It’s not always comfortable having someone in late at night but Mathew did such a great job, we will be calling again IF anything ever happens again and hope to get Mathew.
Second time calling these guys in a pinch after another 24-hour company didn't pick up the phone. Eddie came out in an hour and a half and had my main line clear in a matter of minutes, going out of his way to leave things far cleaner than he found them. Pricey, but I'm not dealing with raw sewage in my basement so win-win.
Manny was fantastic! He solved all my issues and informed me at every step as to what he was doing. I found myself a new plumber today! He also had a gentleman come out that used the camera down in my pipes and I didn’t catch his name, but he was great as well. I am now a Roto-Rooter fan!
