Picked up a 7lb bag yesterday at The Store on 6200 south. The ice is completely contaminated (inside the ice) with what appears to be wood fibers, black specs and clothing fibers!!!!!!! Their process needs a major cleaning. Best to buy MOUNTAIN ICE. Never a complaint and still 10lb bags!!

They went from a 10 lbs bag to a 7lbs bag and raised the price! It is price gouging and it’s wrong! I myself am a business owner and I understand if you have to raise prices. But what you did was wrong! You decrease the size of your product and then raise the price giving your customers less value. Everyone knows what inflation is and they understand raising the price but decreasing the value you get for the price is sad and pathetic and a poor way to do business!

Can’t believe Reddyice would raise prices at the same time they dropped the weight of their products, 7 lb now used to be 10 lb. And they dropped their 20 lb bag down to 17 lbs. same 20 lb bag size, 3 lbs less ice. Pretty lousy thing to do to your customers Reddyice.
