Jesse Magana came out to perform a tune-up on our garage doors (2). He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, efficient, and thorough in checking everything out (all good) and lubricating the hinges. The whole process took under an hour. He also showed me how to replace the batteries on the wireless keypad (and went ahead and changed out the batteries while he was at it). He answered the few other questions i had for my own knowledge, as well. I was very happy with the service and would definitely call Precision Garage Door again if I have any future problems or questions.
I called on a Saturday and Jeramy E. was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had all the right tools and parts in his truck, and fixed the problem in no time. Very friendly, great service, and would recommend to anyone.
I paid a bit more here for peace of mind. I have a 10-year-old Garage door opener I bought from them with absolutely no issues top-of-the-line. I got a tuneup five years ago and I have had no issues with the door. Got another tuneup today to replace the remaining subpar rollers a great company a great team thank you.
