One customer noted the staff spent time on the phone to help fix their problem, even though Pacific Water Inc. was not the service company. Another customer had an issue with an outdated installation manual, but the business refunded the purchase and worked with the customer to design a new system. A third customer had a positive experience getting their carbon filter and water softener serviced at Pacific Water Inc. They found the staff to be knowledgeable and charged a fair price, even though the customer had to bring the units in for service.
I had an issue with my water softener system and reached out to Pacific Water for help, and it was easily one of the best service experiences I've ever had. They're friendly on the phone, provided the right advice, and ultimately had me bring my system in for service. Because it was covered under a warranty, they fixed my issue on the spot. This is an extremely friendly, honest, and reliable family business everyone in Salt Lake City would benefit from talking to about their water solutions. (Big shout out to Bruce for being so helpful and friendly!)
These guys are awesome! Walked me through some troubleshooting on my water softener system and were patient and professional and answered every question I had.Highly recommend company by far!
I'll start off by saying Pacific Water provided me the single best customer service experience I've ever encountered...believe me, that's saying a lot because I've been around a while and have dealt with hundreds of business. I specifically want to thank Bruce for the incredible help and support he provided in the warranty repair of my water softener. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what caused it. On top of that he went the extra mile and replaced some of the components in the head unit.
