These guys are awesome! Walked me through some troubleshooting on my water softener system and were patient and professional and answered every question I had.Highly recommend company by far!
I'll start off by saying Pacific Water provided me the single best customer service experience I've ever encountered...believe me, that's saying a lot because I've been around a while and have dealt with hundreds of business. I specifically want to thank Bruce for the incredible help and support he provided in the warranty repair of my water softener. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what caused it. On top of that he went the extra mile and replaced some of the components in the head unit. Lily, Diane and Aliyah are fantastic running the front end. I called in a few items that they didn't have time to fulfill the same day. Well, they did it it anyway! Love these guys, which is why I've been using them for 20 years!
