We resell many luxury items needed a watch for a customer the sales rep here gave us a decent price without alot of back and forth but there financing options arent good unless you have perfect credit good thing the customer prepaid
I just purchased a watch that I did not go into OC Tanner thinking I’d buy. It is better than what I thought I wanted. Justin is a watch historian and genius. The service is top level without any sales pitches or gimmicks. Just cold, calmlh delivered facts. I will go back with my family!
I can't say enough good things about our service at OC Tanner in Salt Lake. Upon arrival we were greeted with some of the most friendly and gracious staff we have ever come across at a high end establishment. Cathy and Justin were so knowledgably and so willing to share that knowledge with us as we looked at different watch options. The other staff members brought us water and complimented us several times while in the store. It was a totally different experience that what I had anticipated. This place is a class act, and I will buying from them in the future. Customer service is everything and OC Tanner did not disappoint. 10 out of 10!
