I was not going to write my review until I was completely healed from my 1st Moxi laser treatment. Kaira was the team member that carried out my procedure. I was initially going in for a chemical peel that would have stripped my top layer of skin off and more downtime. She explained everything in detail after accessing my type of skin and condition through highly technical methods. I was put in a comfortable setting and she took the time to answer and explain every detail of different procedures. At 62 with fine wrinkles? Fantastic experience! Friendly staff, I was greeted right away and offered a water or coffee, I chose coffee, and it was made exactly as I had requested.. everything was running on time. And had an overall great experience.. I would recommend Nuance to anyone thinking about doing some self care for themselves..
