The entire team was exceptional. The 70 year old furnace in my mom's house had past it prime and new parts just weren't an option. Everyone was friendly, informative and respectful to my Mom and her needs. I can't say enough good about the team that treated my mom like she was one of their own family. Holland showed up a little early. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he did and what he was looking for, and he said everything looked good with our furnace! I will definitely use My Buddy the Plumber again for future needs!
