The clinic’s staff is efficient and caring, making it a good choice for a family doctor. Recent reviews highlight the best Instacare experience, with quick, kind, and knowledgeable staff who helped a young patient with a broken arm and explained everything clearly. The front desk, X-ray, nurses, and doctors are highly praised for their professionalism. However, some concerns have been raised about the lack of mask-wearing among sick patients and parents, despite signs requesting masks if experiencing symptoms. Parking stalls remain small, and the clinic no longer offers Instacare and pharmacy services.
