My wife & I recently purchased the TR1200-Glow Up under-desk treadmill. Needed some help from customer service with the setup, the issue was quickly solved. My wife handles our retirement investments. This requires long hours sitting at her desk watching the stock market. We invested in a stand-up desk a few years back. I love my LifeSpan treadmill desk and have been using it for about 5 years! I recently moved it from my office to my home, as I’m working mostly remote now. I had several questions regarding my treadmill and desk (TR1200/DT7) - appropriate lubricant and application, Aero balance board, using the desk w/o the treadmill, a side rail issue. Harry with LifeSpan customer support spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, researching information, and providing emailed responses.
