“I love this business. I brought in my ski jumpsuit for cleaning, and their care and pride in their work really stood out. They worked hard to remove every stain, and when I picked it up, they were genuinely disappointed they couldn’t get a few tiny permanent marks out (maybe a cm in diameter). I told them it was no problem- I just wanted it cleaned and handled well. It meant a lot to see how much they truly care. I’m grateful to be a regular customer here.“

“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“
