It was very simple and very quick to use! I was in and out in no time flat. My only real gripe is that they have extremely few choices for key designs that you could get done immediately. Yes, they have a plethora of choices if you are willing to wait for them to ship it to you, but for me at least, the point of going to an instant key copying kiosk is to get another key... Instantly... Who knows, maybe I am missing the point of the kiosk, but I feel they should have more choices in the machine than I was offered.
I used the little kiosk in Smith's I'm 4500 S. It was fast and easy. A little pricey though. Ended up being like $10 to get a key cut. Though maybe that's just the price these days. It's been awhile since I had to get one made. :)
It worked out great except for it didn’t remove the burr after cutting it. I cleaned them off when I got home. Maybe put something fixed on the machine so no one gets cut with that burr. A little wire brush or one of them car battery terminal cleaners you could drill a hole and install one so people can clean up the keys. It is the best one I’ve used so far.
