To the Downtown Jed’s Barber Shop
This was the best barber shop experience I have ever had. I was greeted with amazing customer service, so friendly and outgoing. Leighton was so friendly and very detailed while cutting hair.
Most importantly, the team overheard me talking about starting my new job in Salt Lake. As I was leaving, The receptionist gave me a hand written “congratulations” card with such a nice message and signatures from the team!
This is fantastic customer service and It made me tear up knowing there are still many kind people in this world!
I visit for work every two months and will be getting my hair cut here every time I visit.
Thank you Leighton for the fantastic cut and the receptionist! You both made more than my day!

Very talented barbers who listen to what you want! I always come in with an image in my head of what I want, (and pics on my phone) and I love working with the barbers I get to get the cut I want, and I always leave happy! Super knowledgeable staff, and they always want to help make e what you want a reality:D
