We contracted with Insight Exhibits LLC to help us design and fabricate a Smithsonian exhibition -- H2O Today -- which we traveled to five locations around Utah over two years. Each host gallery was completely unique and we needed something modular that could go in multiple spaces, withstand multiple moves, and that could compact well for storage. And something that would look terrific at every stop. We did this during COVID, so figuring out how to create a design that could be cleaned without damage and reconfiguring hands-on activities into touchless interactives were added challenges. We had Insight do a new booth for us for gaming events which we used at E3 and TwitchCon. Insight has a professional process that made it easy to communicate our ideas and our vision. Each step of the way is communicated well and we were able to verify and check each step. They gave us a few designs to pick from with different costs. The design team really captured what we wanted. After it was done, It was nice that they went through it with us on site and showed us how to set up and take down. Simple enough that we could do it ourselves at events.
