The team provided top notch service. We felt prepared for everything and with the rapidly changing interest rates, they were working hard in the background to secure the best deals they could. John took a significant amount of time to educate us about the different rate options. Sara was incredible about making sure that all the documents were accounted for and even though there were emergencies in the final hours from the title company and the lender… Sara handled it like a champ and worked incessantly to make sure we could close on time!
