We we’re staying at the Sheraton and I was able to pick up a cut from a cancellation they had last minute.I wasn’t quite prepared in my head for exactly what I wanted but Mark gave me a great cut ?? after a couple days test drive I ran into Mark again at the coffee shop and he asked how I liked the cut.When I told him I think I would have liked the sides and back a bit shorter to make up for the wave I have on one side he invited me back down and promptly adjusted it perfectly!I really appreciate the service and care as well as the genuine interest in customer satisfaction ?I will stop in for a trim or cut anytime we are down in SLC!
