I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Austin and his staff. I went in to get a few teeth looked at that were bothering me. Turns out I had issues from previous work done elsewhere that were causing pain and new issues from worn out enamel on my upper teeth. We decided to fix everything at once and even improve my smile with veneers across the top. Wow, they look and feel great now! I read some reviews here that said he "upsells", but in my case I don't feel there was any dishonesty with his work. There was no pressure and he laid out the options clearly to let me decide. We went to Dr. Austin for a complete mouth of implants for a family member -- All-on-4. We had some hiccups along the way, as the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021 caused issues with the lab that creates the teeth (lay-offs). The extraction was done by Dr. Austin's son, he is a good, caring doctor. The fit of the teeth was a bit problematic at the start and one tooth popped out eventually (felt too tight). Then a front tooth came out! We had to return to Dr. Austin. His office arranged for new lab technicians to be there to fix up the teeth. They did a good job and the fit is better.
