Amazing company to work for, pay is fair for work, it’s in line with other delivery companies, the differences are, the DSP I work for truly cares for their employees, safety is and always has been their number 1 priority for their drivers. Amazon imo has treated us drivers very well, the warehouse employees are always helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the schedule is perfect, 4 day work week 10 hrs a day with 3 days off. I have worked for FTA for 3 years, its a great place to work on. I have been given multiples opportunities to move up on the company. and appreciate all the incentive programs for the driver
