We recently worked with Mark Blankman on estimates for an extension over our back deck. He was very helpful and responsive all the way through the process. In addition, we need to re-roof our house and Mark worked with a roofing company to include that estimate as well. Though we determined we could not afford to go ahead with the deck cover construction at this time, we would recommend Fine Custom Construction.
Working with Fine Custom Construction was a great pleasure, from pleasant phone-calls to constructive and productive meetings, our time and perspective was always respected. We never felt rushed into making any decisions, and always had time and help getting things right.
Unfortunately, due to factors out of Fine's control we weren't able to go through with our project, but they helped us come up with amazing ideas for our project and are confident that the end result would have been of the highest quality.
We will definitely come to Fine with any of our future construction projects.
We used Fine to do an addition on to our home, it was a large project that took months to complete. Like all projects nothing ever goes all the way right because there is just a lot that happens along the way you can't plan for. The good thing about them is we never had to worry that they wouldn't take care of it and make sure everything would turn out right. They were transparent with their pricing and we never felt like they weren't being fair with us. In the end if we were starting over we would pick them again to do our project.
