I take my 80-year-old dad and every 3 weeks - Pedicure for him and Bilder gel nails for me ? we also started using their waxing service and every 6 weeks I schedule him to get his nose, eyebrows and ears waxed, it’s seriously awesome. I’ve loved anyone I’ve had there, but Maria does my dad’s pedicures and she’s so patient and sweet. Lucy does my nails and she’s insanely talented! If you need nail art done, ask for Danielle! She is so talented!
Danielle was also so careful and conscientious, double checking that I was happy with the art every step of the way, and gently reminding me to speak up if she sensed that I was uncomfortable or unhappy so she could adjust. She even noticed that the color I picked wasn’t quite the same as the reference photo, so she wiped off the polish she had applied and helped me find the right color.
Also my nails have held up SUPER well even though I’m pretty rough on them. It’s been 2 weeks and they still look awesome.

8/7: ALL MY GEL POLISH IS PEELING OFF
Update 8/3: After a scheduling mix-up, they were able to get us in, which I appreciated. I had requested two pedicures, but when we arrived, only one technician was available. I ended up waiting 30 minutes while my mom started hers. The second technician didn’t finish with her prior client in time, so she began my pedicure while pausing my mom’s…ultimately rushing through both. Unfortunately, the paint job was messy and not up to standard. We were there for over two and a half hours. It seems they either overbook or fail to communicate clearly that they can’t accommodate simultaneous appointments.
