Another fantastic experience at Creative Wigs! I’m a transfeminine individual who did not give myself permission to present as feminine until I was in my 60’s. Thus, I have so much to learn when it comes to dealing with long hair. It’s not hard to just pull on a wig and wear it with the out-of-box style, but cis women are always styling their hair in such creative and fun ways, and I very much wanted to be able to do that too. Lyuba, at Creative Wigs (where I like to buy my pieces), was so very helpful in spending time with me to show me many different ways to add style and variety to my wigs with simple things like clips, pins, bands, scarves, etc. I’m sure it seems trivial to someone who’s been doing that all their lives, but for a latecomer like me, getting some coaching was hugely valuable! Lyuba was super kind and patient, and took lots of photos so that I can practice later on at home. I could not have asked for a better experience. It is this kind of experience that Creative Wigs offers that makes it so worthwhile to shop local as opposed to online.

My sister in law had cancer and lost all of her hair! Wendy was amazing and assisted her to find a wig for her Grand daughter's wedding!
