My wife owns a business and heard good things from family about this place. They obviously have 0 clue how to do business taxes as we got a letter in the mail notifying us it was incorrect. When we asked if they could help us fix this, they said we will just adjust for it next tax season. The issue is we were going to be fined. Now they won't even respond to us. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time. I'm happy to change this review if anything is done to make it up.

I brought all my forms to them in March and they didn't file it until the end of June. Numerous calls, texts and 4 physical visits is what it took to get them to actually file. They charged me back in April, filed an extension without telling me, and filed in a state I only lived in for the last 4 months of the year, so I ended up paying a ton in state taxes. Absolute nightmare to work with.

My wife and I had taxes done on 3/25/21. Their internet was down and said that they would E-file the next day. We called for a month because the payment never went through. When we finally got a hold of them they said they had a problem with the E-File but never called us. They then said they would send the paper copy in. The return was sent back to us dated June 14th, not April as they said. And it was sent back for no signatures or W2's attached. Very poor communication and no follow through.
