Jetti is an amazing guy to work with!! I have been going there for years with my grandpa and this year I brought my, newly married, husband and he was super helpful!! We had a question on one of our forms and he allowed time, into another appointment which his son took in, for us to make a call to our bank and get it figured out that same day. We also had him call us back that night with another question and got back to us with an update as soon as a couple hours! I’ve been going to him for 4ish years now and have never had an issue! As well as his prices, customer service, and genuine personality makes him great to work with!
I haven't left a review for Bear Cat in so long because well I thought I wouldn't need to, but after reading some of the other reviews I thought hold on, this isn't right and I need to stand up for a great business! My husband and I have been going to Bear Cat for over 25 years. We started out with Ray and his lovely wife, Karla, then kept going with Ray when she retired, and now we are with the Ray's family.
