Grant Anderson came to our house to evaluate a water leak in our basement. He was very thorough and was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the source and cause of the leak. He spent 45 minutes with me even though he told me that their company, BASEco, didn’t have a practical fix for the problem and was much more simple to solve than using their system. He advised me how to solve the problem even though their company didn’t benefit monetarily.
He’s a great guy and was dead honest in his dealings with me.
Kanyon was incredibly helpful and honest, which are the 2 main things we look for in a consult/estimate visit. He was also right on time, another sign of a great company. He answered all our questions and offered great suggestions, thanks again for coming out to help us so quickly!
I am grateful for the services provided by BaseCo. I had water accumulation in my basement and I was not sure of the source of the water. Tyler from BaseCo was exceptionally helpful to troubleshoot the source of the problem. He spent two hours trying different strategies to identify what cost the leakage. He also accommodated to my schedule and came after 5 PM to help me with this water leakage issue. I am grateful for the very personalized services provided by Tyler and his company.
