Mikaela (sorry if I'm misspelling) at the sugarhouse location was very knowledgeable in answering my many questions. I appreciate the time she was willing to spend making sure I'm aware of their store policies so we don't waste each other's time. Will definitely be in touch.

Great service and friendly staff. They fixed the issue I was having with the power button on my iPhone and beat the quote other shops had given me by over $50. My only issue was while I was waiting for the part to arrive so I could take my phone in to get fixed, they forgot to notify me and I had to follow up with them which delayed the process of getting my phone fixed.

I had an older iPad and an iPhone 13 that were having charging issues. Took them here and Makayla had both of them fixed with a cleaning (the iPad actually had a sheath from an old charging cable lodged in the port). I asked how much it was and they refused to charge me as they were just cleanings. Unbelievable service like this that is hard to find nowadays. Would not hesitate to return for any future problems as I’m sure they would diagnose issues without trying to up charge. Highly recommend!
