I have a beautiful old home in SLC, Utah that was built in 1903. It is across the street from the University of Utah and for the last 15 years had been the home away from home for many students. Needless to say, this old, architecturally detailed structure needed renovations and repairs which necessitated working with the our insurance company, the SLC Planning Division for the Historical District, the SLC Civil Enforcement Officer, our property Manager, and Matt from ASAP Roofing and Exteriors. ASAP was great to work with! Chandler helped navigate the insurance process and was even present to meet with the adjuster. Getting a new roof should be a tough, stressful, and expensive experience. I didn’t encounter any of that!
