I have been going to Active Life for 10+ years. I used to struggle with severe back pain, and regular sessions with Dr. Holmes have made a significant difference. He listens carefully and is very thorough in addressing concerns.

Susan at the front desk is also wonderful and always remembers me, even after long gaps between visits. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming, and healing environment.

I went 5 weeks without being able to get treatment, three hours after seeing Dr. Holmes I felt like I could finally walk right, stand up straight, and I wasn't in pain with every movement. My headache's intensity lessened as the day has progressed and I am looking forward to being able to get a nights sleep where I don't wake up every time I role over or move. It's not just the physical fix, it's the mental fix as well with Dr. Holmes, his insight in helping me to understand what the possibilities are regarding my body allows me to focus on what is best for me, it's not a cookie cutter treatment, it's "SPECIALIZED"!
