I left this emergency center in tears—in the best way—because I have never been treated so humanely in a medical setting. Both doctors and both nurses were some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. Not once was I made to feel like an addict looking for pain meds or like an inconvenience for coming in with something that wasn’t life-threatening but was still extremely painful.
Despite how busy they were, they checked on me constantly and made sure I felt seen, heard, and cared for.

A family member was admitted suspecting he might have heat, exhaustion or urinary infection. They ordered scans and labs to check for the possibilities and found something that could be the problem. They communicated well and answered the questions we had to our satisfaction.
Came in last night for my 3 year old who needed stitches. All the nurses on shift and Dr. Lenny Jensen were amazing and so gentle with her. Right after we got in, they got a large influx of people and still got us in and out in a little over 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the care she received!
