So fast and efficient compared to other places. Everyone was polite and quick.

Always an amazing team. Very caring, very fast, very organized... Would highly recommend this place. Dr Herman is the best, always deeply caring and super prepared for every appointments, remembering everything from past history and checking on everything. Highly recommend him and all the team out there!

One wish, in the past all patient portal information were interfacing with Apple Health which was amazing. It was actually the reason I switched to Intermountain Health. They changed system a few months ago and this no longer work ... Hopefully they bring it back at some point.

I’ve never had better care at an instacare, it was even better than most ER trips! Everyone was efficient, kind, professional without being stiff and impersonal so you can get a chuckle out of them. Even the front desk staff talked with me when they didn’t have to while I was having an anxiety attack! Nurse Practitioner Brook was so awesome, and recognized I was going through anxiety without talking down to me or belittling my situation, she and the rest of the staff went the extra mile! I even had a staff member in the hallway (as I was leaving) who saw me in pain and panic and genuinely felt concern by asking if she could help me with what I was going through! Just… read full review
