I just have to say that I love love love this Barbershop! I come here for a haircut and beard trim and I always leave feeling good and knowing that I got the best damn haircut I could get in SLC and it is the right style haircut just for me and my features! Ace is my regular barber and he is so great! I have had haircuts, beard trims, and hangover treatments from many of the other barbers that work there over the years and they all have been great! They all take the time it takes to do a good job and are very professional giving precise fabulous service! They are not pushy about trying to sell products but I do like to buy them and I have a lot of the products they carry.... read full review

Good but overpriced. The first haircut I received here was expensive but excellent. When I returned I noticed the prices had increased significantly and the quality of the second cut was actually worse than before. Haircuts start at $85 so I do not understand why its listed as $$ on Yelp. Overall, the place isn't bad but probably not worth half the cost.

I've been coming to this business for over two years. I traveled to town and have been very loyal. They never answer the phone now and I made an appointment two weeks ago for a specific time at 2:30 PM. I received an email canceling the appointment after I complain because they moved the appointment to 3 PM which would not allow me to meet my deadline for getting back on an airplane. Horrible customer service. They need to go back to answering the phone.
