Rejuvenate red light therapy is awesome! I started going in June 2023 for pain and inflammation.After just one week I noticed my dry skin become smooth and soft. Within about 3-4 weeks the inflammation had decreased significantly giving me less pain in my joints. I also have felt my energy increase throughout the day. After every red light therapy I feel so much better and my mood is calm and happy. I am currently scheduled to have knee surgery so I am excited to see how this will help in my recovery. I started going to this bed the end of winter and it was amazing how great my mood was. Kicked the winter blues so fast. I love this therapy. The red light therapy has so many benefits with next to no side effects. My chronic neck pain and inflammation are no longer a problem for me. My skin looks and feels healthy, wrinkles seem to be fading, my hair has increased in growth, and my mood and energy are better. My overall stiffness of my body is diminished. Long term consistency has been key. I also love the way the scheduling is set up. Completely user friendly. Been doing the therapy for two months now. Consistency is key. When I first started I had a lot of lower back pain, now that is virtually gone , as well as better energy. It is a clam relaxing feeling when you are done, and you feel great. I would recommend it to anyone.
