Amazing start to finish! Zero pressure sales. Arbetta knows about every brand, wait time to get the product in, warranty information and which brands you get the most for your money. After getting everything measured, I called in to ask about upgrading to a memory foam pad just to be told by Gordon that they “only use the good stuff”. Absolutely loved that. We did LVP flooring and carpet through Karl’s and both were laid so quickly and look absolutely beautiful. Arbetta, Gordon, Morgan and Corbin are absolutely top notch.
